The purpose of the SAP S4 HANA Consultant is to provide expert contributions to different phases of the project lifecycle. This position will evaluate needs and perform project analysis, development, configurations, testing, and deployment of overall project solutions using SAP

• SAP S4 HANA Consultant is accountable for development and ongoing maintenance and enhancements of S/4 HANA Fiori extensions and interfaces
• Analyze business requirements, review existing systems, define the solution, and translate that into detailed programming designs
• Detailed programming designs and perform the development required to translate them into efficient and accurate code
• Communicating with internal and external customers possessing various levels of technical knowledge Determine the underlying issue when presented with ambiguous and/or contradictory information
• Solve/determine problems working with technical/non-technical groups in areas that may not be primary area of expertise
• Issue management and resolution on an ongoing basis for S/4HANA system bugs, data inconsistencies and integration issues
• Flexibility to work extended hours when deadlines dictates
• Work cooperatively with others
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Maintain regular, punctual and reliable attendance

• Developing custom SAP business applications using ABAP programming language (Reports, Conversion programs, Dialog programs, Function Modules, Classes etc.)
• SAP S4 Certification
• Over 5 years of consultant experience
• Developing system interfaces with SAP systems using RFC, BAPI, Web services, IDOCs and File interfaces
• Enhancing SAP system using Customer exits, BADI and enhancements
• Identifying and applying SAP notes
• Experience in developing ABAP programs and interfaces related to various SAP modules and related business processes (Procurement, Sales and Distribution and Finance)

Preferred Experience:

• SAP ABAP Knowledge will be an added advantage
• Developing interfaces to SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP CP (Cloud Platform Integration)
• Knowledge of Event Mesh
• Creating custom SAP workflows, related workflow tasks and methods
• Implementing SAP Fiori Apps

Technical Skills Preferred

• Experience in creating technical design documents from business requirements and functional design documents
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
• Planning, coordination, and execution of testing
• Ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical terms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
