To provide expert contributions to different phases of the project lifecycle. This position will evaluate needs and perform project analysis, development, configurations, testing, and deployment of the overall project solutions using SAP and ongoing support of the FI CO process.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Design, maintenance, and support of SAP S/4HANA FICO module and integration with other modules
- Manage the stakeholders independently and effectively communicating with both business and technical teams
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (Focus on FICO)
- Research and understand areas of concern relating to incident/task assigned to, not necessary confining to SAP specific.
- Provide knowledge and understanding of SAP FICO, SD and Purchasing concepts and process flows that they are able to both understand existing configuration and solutions and also design new solutions for new requirements
- Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurate understanding of their business requirements and mapping of those to SAP S/4HANA best practices.
- Facilitate workshops for gathering business requirements
- Supporting cutover activities and releases into the Production environment
- Identify the gaps, issues and work around solutions
- Supporting the customer with future enhancements and value propositions
- Make recommendations for selection of appropriate SAP business processes to meet business requirements effectively
- Issue management and resolution on an ongoing basis for S/4HANA system bugs, data inconsistencies and integration issues
- Document functional designs, test cases and results
- Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in SAP Finance over the entire FICO
- At least 2 End to End implementation projects in the SAP functional Area including Team Lead experience.
- Proven expertise in the following areas: SAP Order to Cash, AP / AR and integration with Procurement
- Ability to clearly communicate technology issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons for recommended solutions
Preferred Experience:
- Hands on experience with S/4HANA implementation or support
- Knowledge of customer price procedure, AR financial supply chain management,
- Experience managing and supporting customer payments, statements interfaces between Sap and E-commerce.
- Writing functional specifications for interfaces
- Experience supporting distribution industry
- Should have Knowledge in Basic ABAP Debugging Skill or Custom Coding Read Skill
- Troubleshooting / Configuration skills with strict adherence to timelines. Should have already worked in an onsite/offshore model
- Experience with SAP Fiori Apps
Technical Skills Preferred
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
- Planning, coordination, and execution of testing
- Ability to effectively communicate in technical and non-technical terms
- Good analytical, logical problem-solving skills with the ability to understand new tasks quickly
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
